Biography
Bishop Esther Korkor Wilson is the Founder and President of Liberty ADR Centre. She established the Centre on the conviction that many disputes can be resolved constructively, affordably and with dignity when people are given the opportunity to be heard, understood and guided towards mutually acceptable solutions.
She is the Founder and Head of Universal Trinity Ministry, where she has provided spiritual leadership, counselling, guidance and community support. That work has brought her into contact with individuals, families and organisations facing difficult personal and institutional challenges, and has shaped her view that disputes are rarely about the immediate disagreement alone: communication, trust, expectations, resources and dignity often lie beneath them.
Bishop Wilson is an alumna of the Gamey and Gamey ADR Institute, where she completed the Professional Executive Masters in Appropriate Dispute Resolution (PEM.ADR) programme, and she is a member of the Institute of ADR Practitioners Africa.
Her approach rests on a few simple commitments: listening before judging, understanding before proposing solutions, dialogue before confrontation, reconciliation where possible, and professionalism and confidentiality in every process.
