Grace Prempeh is a human capital and transformation leader with long experience in organisational development, strategic change, leadership effectiveness, executive coaching and alternative dispute resolution. She helps leaders and organisations navigate change, build trust and manage conflict constructively.
As a certified transformational coach, certified strategist and court connected ADR practitioner, she combines strategic insight, stakeholder engagement and people centred problem solving to foster productive relationships.
Grace serves as a Deputy Director of Human Resource in the public sector.
